Misfires:

If we make a mistake with your team drivers or scoring, call in the error IMMEDIATELY. Corrections will only go back one race after you have contacted us.

Driver Changes by mail:

Will only be made when received and will NOT be retrofitted to a previous race or races.

All Decisions on

rankings and winners are final 30 days after the close of the season and decisions made by the league commissioner are final.

This product may not be used for any form of gambling.

If entry fees are NOT PAID prior to the third (3) race of the season

prize winnings will be limited to the Balance Due Amount.

Winners automatically grant

Championship Fantasy Racing rights to use their names or likeness in advertising or promotions without further permission or compensation.

We reserve the right

to take appropriate action on any evidence of tampering. Such action may include, but it not limited to disqualification with forfeiture of entry fees and/or refusal of entry in subsequent competition.

We reserve the right

to make a final ruling on any close calls and to adjust any rule if such an adjustment is in the best interest of all participants.

We reserve the right

to CANCEL this contest prior to the first race at a complete 100% refund to all paid participants of the contest and 50% refund any time after the first race.
